This is the only reason we offer this product, and this is our only area of focus. We do not accept clients that strictly need loans for personal needs (such as taking out a loan to pay off bills) as investors are better suited for these types of loans.

Our History

Our story begins in Hamptons and spans the United States

2005

We enjoy investing in real estate, and we've had a lot of success with it. We bought our first property as an investment in 2007. It was a land lot in Bridgehampton NY. We held it and then sold it for a profit later that year.

2009

Due to 2009 Great Recession and sharp downturn in real estate market, we founded auto loan company in 2010. The company launched as Nation One Auto, which provided loans to people in subprime segment who were looking for financing for a car.

Sold car loan portfolio.

Income from the sale of auto loan portfolios was $14.5 million.

2012

We’ve been acquiring properties for our buy and hold portfolio. We are focusing on the highest quality properties with the best cash flow possible to create a sustainable and profitable real estate portfolio. .This is the most important step in our investment strategy. We are also implementing a proprietary leasing strategy to maximize our returns and minimize risk through long term relationships.

2015

Started private mortgage business and we’ve seen a lot of changes ever since. But one thing that never changes is the need for a trusted partner to help you find the right home loan.
